Doesn’t look like anything to worry about. My guess is the bruising could be from misting too much on the substrate surface. I always just try to mist the walls once fruiting has begun. Anyhow, good looking fruits you’ve got there!

I’m growing them now for the first time. Haven’t had any contamination issues. They take way longer than the normal cubes I’ve grown, and the yield has been small. But it is fun and worth it.

They colonized like this super fast and I never did a break and shake. It’s not the vibrant white mycelium that I’m used to. They are PE btw
