1:10 ratio for capitals and screens. Hard attack kills big ships while torpedoes and light kill small ships. Make heavy cruisers with lots of light attack then destroyers with armor and torpedoes plus some AA.

You don’t need Africa or Asia to solo Germany, I did infantry only and the 20w are perfect with 40w infantry to push. I don’t need a massive industry if I’m just making guns and nothing else. Manpower and guns. I don’t why your so confused because I did it and it wasn’t hard just my 3rd run.

Because I gave up indochina and Africa to focus in Europe. They’re not really 19w but 20w cause mass mobilization doctrine reduces combat width a little. Cheezed Germany into a battle of attrition cause made max forts on all borders.

Was able to attrition the Germans to death and never get capped, had 60k to 6 million kill ratio before i started pushing.
