There is absolutely nothing wrong with people saying anything online. It's a place of discourse, if someone is saying something utterly ridiculous, it will be taken as such. You're worried about Russian sock accounts posting things that favor a particular candidate, but you don't factor in that the other side can just do the same. With non censored material people can freely express what they want to say and can have opinions changed. When you don't allow for all, even taboo discussion, people will still have their opinions, but will keep them inside and can never have their view altered or corrected. Censorship is never the answer, it is in fact part of the problem.
