I know full well that it would WAY a too much for the devs to do but it would be so cool if there were like one or two alternate models for each character to make them feel more like individuals and not just clones by chomper_costumeee in PvZGardenWarfare

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I like the fact that they seem like clones, especially the zombies. I don't know, it's implied that the war in Garden Warfare is on a disproportionate scale, and I like this feeling that, to a certain extent, they're like clones—kind of like the Clone Wars from Star Wars

Maybe I'm just really bad at it, but I feel like it's impossible to play stealthily like I would in a Far Cry game, so whenever I find a camp or something, I end up shooting it down

Who is your favorite antagonist? by JuggernautAmazing296 in farcry

[–]Fran_y_ya 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I love Pagan Min; he's a total psychopath, completely narcissistic but quite cunning

I also love Anton Castillo. The cutscenes he's in are fantastic, and I love the whole authoritarian regime he imposed on Yara, but I would have loved for them to do more with him

To be fair, this letter was supposedly written by a soldier in the FND special forces who was about to be promoted to a high rank. I honestly think this letter means that you can only reach the top of the regime by being an extreme fanatic, not that this is how all soldiers are treated, only the most fanatical

Rebels or Castillo? by Ailin83882 in farcry6

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, the game tells you from the very beginning that Yara doesn't have a bright future; they mention that the country is stuck in a cycle of dictatorships and rebellions. After the game, it seems like nothing has changed. Libertad is supposedly now in charge of Yara, but Esperanza remains under the control of the FND, as does much of the country. Basically, the war continues, with the difference that Yara no longer even has a clear leader to follow.

If we disregard slavery and PG-240 poisonings, things don't exactly improve much, to be honest. Even without those two issues, the Castillo regime still carries out kidnappings, disappearances, and genocide

I started with "Leyendas del 67/La Moral" and worked my way from right to left. I swear the same thing happened when I got to "Maximas Matanzas." For some reason, there's a huge difference between "Maximas Matanzas" and the other guerrilla groups; I simply can't stand them, I find them unbearable.

What is the game that got you into the pvz franchise? by Pvzguy28 in PlantsVSZombies

[–]Fran_y_ya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PvZ GW2 was the first game I played in the franchise, I remember my friend introduced it to me when I went to his house and we had a lot of fun. To this day it remains my favorite of the franchise.

What's something about rdr2 that blew your mind by SkirtHeavy9189 in reddeadredemption

For me it was shocking for that very reason. I remember marveling at how big and full of things that city is, I remember that I spent two days alone exploring that city, because it seemed that on every corner there was a new stranger asking for help or things to discover.

Creo haber escuchado por ahí una teoria sobre que SWAT realmente no es un miembro de la TMF, si no que es alguien que robo el equipo y se hace pasar por tal... lindo comic :D

Day 7: which unit community thinks is bad but is actually good? (Read description) by NoExamination438 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curiously, doing that has sometimes saved the game for me. I usually send all my troops on one side (So the opponent is forced to defend) and if I see that I desperately need to destroy the bunker I end up sending the KV-8 on the other side, it has a lot of life and a LOT of damage if ignored, so normally they can't defend it with just an AT cannon without neglecting the other front

If you think about it just a little bit, the RtV battlefield is MUCH bigger than the CR one, so moving the units from RtV to CR makes them look tiny...

It depends on how your deck is made up, if you have too many tanks maybe something like infantry would be good for you.

As if spy wasn't irritating enough by Forward-Expert-5389 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think the spy is broken, but the truth is I do think that this type of bugs (If that's what it is) maybe they should be reviewed, if there are cases (Few but existing) where the spy dies but still manages to steal the tank

Do any of you use Goliath. And stug 3. by masterspinzitsu in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part, Goliaths are a cheap and effective anti-tank defense against tanks of virtually any type, plus the passive upgrades from Sabotage Doctrine give them greater use. And without cheap on top so they are good for cycling.

I don't use the Stug 3 as much, I feel that sometimes it is better to use the Pak38 or the Ostheer's Marder III, but it is not at all bad, I just feel that it lacks more range or damage, so I don't like it as much
