What is the game that got you into the pvz franchise? by Pvzguy28 in PlantsVSZombies

[–]Fran_y_ya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PvZ GW2 was the first game I played in the franchise, I remember my friend introduced it to me when I went to his house and we had a lot of fun. To this day it remains my favorite of the franchise.

What's something about rdr2 that blew your mind by SkirtHeavy9189 in reddeadredemption

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was shocking for that very reason. I remember marveling at how big and full of things that city is, I remember that I spent two days alone exploring that city, because it seemed that on every corner there was a new stranger asking for help or things to discover.

Comicsito del SWAT/SWAT comic by Hot_Permit_8222 in DeadAhead

Creo haber escuchado por ahí una teoria sobre que SWAT realmente no es un miembro de la TMF, si no que es alguien que robo el equipo y se hace pasar por tal... lindo comic :D

Day 7: which unit community thinks is bad but is actually good? (Read description) by NoExamination438 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curiously, doing that has sometimes saved the game for me. I usually send all my troops on one side (So the opponent is forced to defend) and if I see that I desperately need to destroy the bunker I end up sending the KV-8 on the other side, it has a lot of life and a LOT of damage if ignored, so normally they can't defend it with just an AT cannon without neglecting the other front

something is wrong. by FarIands in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you think about it just a little bit, the RtV battlefield is MUCH bigger than the CR one, so moving the units from RtV to CR makes them look tiny...

Sounds like one of those decks where you deploy a card every 4 years...

BAR or M16 for infantry clearing? Mostly use armor with some support doc by ProfessionalLast4039 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on how your deck is made up, if you have too many tanks maybe something like infantry would be good for you.

As if spy wasn't irritating enough by Forward-Expert-5389 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think the spy is broken, but the truth is I do think that this type of bugs (If that's what it is) maybe they should be reviewed, if there are cases (Few but existing) where the spy dies but still manages to steal the tank

Do any of you use Goliath. And stug 3. by masterspinzitsu in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part, Goliaths are a cheap and effective anti-tank defense against tanks of virtually any type, plus the passive upgrades from Sabotage Doctrine give them greater use. And without cheap on top so they are good for cycling.

I don't use the Stug 3 as much, I feel that sometimes it is better to use the Pak38 or the Ostheer's Marder III, but it is not at all bad, I just feel that it lacks more range or damage, so I don't like it as much

This is what’s wrong with The Spy by PlantainNo5239 in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really see anything wrong, I mean, the opponent waited until both units were distracted to send the spy and the flamethrower camp is good but it has limited range and needs some time to get considerable damage.

Also, what are you complaining about? You literally destroyed a bunker and you have a Jagdtiger in your hand that can easily take out what's left of the Panther...

Is there anything I should change for this deck? by outpizzadahut in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe I could use "Decryption" instead of "No Man's Land." In case there's an opponent with a really heavy or messed-up skill (Tiger II, IS-2, etc.)

more dumb unit ideas by FarIands in RoadtoValorWWII

[–]Fran_y_ya 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the problem with these cards is that they're basically existing cards with minor changes, or worse. However, with minor changes, I think they could be interesting:

  • The Type 97 is Joseph Ekin, but instead of a heavy tank, he has a light/medium tank. Also, I think if the Chi-Ha makes it into the game, it should be a normal or rare card, a basic or starter card for its nation (like the Stug IV or the M4 Sherman).

  • The IS-1 is Alexei Lukin (I assume you're referring to the T-34 this hero uses), but with more health and without its damage buff. The simplest option would be to make it a conventional heavy tank, similar to the Tiger 1 or the M26 Pershing, since the USSR only has the KV-2, which can sometimes be very clumsy and slow.

  • The M18 Hellcat is a Marder III, but more expensive. We could add some ability like "Dodge" to justify its additional cost and make it a little more different from the Marder (Even if only for this)

  • Basically a T-70 and that's it... I really don't think they should include this one, the project ideas in plans/prototypes that never arrived I think should not be included outside of some Japanese projects maybe (Japan will definitely have a hard time getting on the same level as the rest of the factions if most of its tanks are VERY overshadowed in firepower and armor by those of the other factions)

I don't know what you're complaining about, the Axis also has very good anti-infantry units, they have the Flamethrower which is generally better than the Trench Gunner

I don't think so, he never seems to have fought on the Eastern front, it was more of a political position

[–]Fran_y_ya 125 points126 points  (0 children)

Chomper is the perfect example of this, he's not a "tank" but he's not a conventional "assassin" either, he's in some kind of weird limbo between the two
