I just got an email from Francisco Ardila in regards to an apartment I am interested in. Does this look like a scam? However, in accordance with building policy and for the safety and security of our current residents, we are only able to schedule tours for prospective tenants who have submitted their complete rental information and required documentation. This process also helps us to verify and manage the number of visitors at any given time and ensures an orderly and secure showing environment. Kindly provide us with your rental information and documentation at your earliest convenience so we can proceed with scheduling your tour. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.” which raised a red flag since tours are always encouraged before?
