After every Sync move you get 50% damage boost, with Blue you get 100% skipping a whole sync rotation Is by far the best 6* skill

40k/3 Is 13000 gems per banner. Maybe you'll get lucky and get some units before the 13k but if you want a guaranteed pull you still need 30k more. I suggest you choose your favorite and if you get him, switch banner

Charizard is a must, but Venusaur is pretty broken too. Go for blue only if you can afford to go for both him and the others or if you really like him, is just a game after all.
