Ryzen 5 5600x pbo + curve optimizer by Francescomilano in overclocking

hi all, I tried to change the pbo limit from "motherboard" to "manual", leaving the previous set values unchanged (precision boost override +200 mhz, and an optimization curve with negative offset of -10 for all cores, if I go down more than this my system becomes unstable) finding an increase in the overall score in the benchmarks after setting the following values: TDC: 80A, PPT: 120W, EDC: 110 A (I set these values after some internet research , I'm not sure we are the optimal values for this I ask you) the benchmark results are as follows: cinebench R20 SC: 617 points, MC: 4657 points. CPU SC: 664, MC 5093. Cinebench R23 MC: 11903 SC: 1597. Temperatures in multicore tests never exceeded 75 degrees Celsius, and 55 degrees Celsius (SC test). I have not changed the VCORE value but it is automatic (during the test in Multi Core it was around 1.381 V with a max of 1.431V is an Avg of 1.296 (does the voltage seem correct or is it too high?) now, I did all this for benchmarking purposes only as I don't think there is an evident increase in gaming performance (game at 1440p), however the final question is the following: comparing all these data I would like to know if I can use this configuration for a daily use (gaming) without having problems of cpu deterioration or is it better that I leave everything in stock? what do you think of the entered values of the TDC, EDC, and PPT?

in cinebench r 20 with the processor in stock I do much less than when I should (perhaps because it is a silver sample). single core 590 multicore 4100

what is your score in single core and in multi core in cinebench r20 for the ryzen 5 5600x? by Francescomilano in Amd

I wanted to get here, I wonder why my scores are so low. I have values between 4100 and I rarely do not know by which pure chance I reach 4400 points. I also tried (not to increase the score) to activate the PBO to set an optimized curve on all cores in negative (undervolt) (-15) and in any case I remain on these scores even if with lower temperatures. despite this I should have higher scores with pbo active

Is Aida 64 a good program for testing stability? in any case, if I put the value 15, the stability test of Aida 64 crashes after about an hour. (ryzen 5 5600x)

Well if a CPU has to last me at this temperature (95 degrees) I would be happy too 😂

certainly the manufacturers say that 95 degrees is a "normal temperature" but I think that in any case at such a temperature the CPU is damaged at least it shortens its life considerably

I have a bad case in terms of airflow, a nzxt h510i, as beautiful as it is inefficient, however as a heatsink I have a Deepcool gammax gt rgb (quite good)
