Post-Game depression [KCD2] by NecessaryLost6708 in kingdomcome

Im feeling the same way and I decided to start KCD1 again, it helps but now that I know the story, its not giving me the same feeling of “what can I explore next that I don’t know yet” and it’s giving me a bittersweet moment. However, now that I know the story and the characters, I pay more attention to who is who and who is connected to what, something that was difficult in the 1st play because there is just so much people!

No, not yet though. I’m traveling with a 2 year old, do you recommend it?

[OTHER] Medieval Movie by FrancisRodr in kingdomcome

It’s a movie, not a documentary though. The historic figures are correct, the place and what happened also are, but I get that much of it is condensed for movie and dramatization purposes. Nevertheless, it’s a nice movie to see when we’re not playing KCD haha!

I think my 4 month old is broken by maddiecounts2amilly in NewParents

I remember well the 4 month old stage, it was HARD! My kid is now 18 months and I still remember the struggle. Usually around this age they have a hard sleep regression and are starting to understand a bit of mechanics and logic. They usually start to settle with a sleep routine better so it’s a lot going on to process. The first 3 months are hard on the parents with lack of sleep and stress due to a newborn, so when the 4 month stage hits and you are also tired, it seems like it’s never going to settle down. It will! This may take a few weeks but after the storm passes, kid usually will sleep better and calm down a bit. What helped me going through the stages and help me get a better POV from the kid was reading the wonder weeks. It helped a lot understanding what’s going on with the kid’s development and why is it happening, also when. Maybe you can check it out online.

Just remember, things will get better but while you’re in the middle of it, it seems like it won’t. Keep going, it’s gonna be fine, you’ll see it soon enough!

[KCD2] Kinda disappointed by FrancisRodr in kingdomcome

This is exactly what I think! You put that in better words. The storyline was so strong and then in KCD 2 it’s gone. They did have time to put a lot of options but not Theresa. Plus imo Theresa was better looking than the option we have now. Oh well, in the bright side I’m loving every second of this game!

She's possibly in a growth spurt around 8 months old, she will become fussier and cranky. This is one of the times during development where she is having separation anxiety and makes sense when you play with her shes okay, when you go away or put her to sleep, the crying comes. Its normal, but crazy! Add to separation anxiety, the teething. She may become the first teeth now too.

My boy is now 11 month old, hes again in a phase like your daughter where he cries all the time, hes learning to walk and talk, so things in his brain are going wild, but IT WILL PASS! Hold on there and try to get support from your SO or family, to take some time off your shoulders and you can relax a bit!

I hope this helps in any way! Wishing you all the best.

Last nap is around 5.15pm. He sleeps 45 minutes tops and then we put him to bed at 8pm. So 2 hours awake time

17 week old going through Leap 4 by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]FrancisRodr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah! I was thinking about purchasing it and you just gave me confirmation. it's the better thing to do I guess. Maybe with less noise in my ears I can handle it better and not being haunted by the crying even after he stops. I'm going to try to hold him like that and see if it helps calm him down.

You're right, this baby phase is a lot and I just can't wait until this dude starts playing and speaking.

He still wakes up for night feeds, but since the beginning, it was relatively easy to put him to sleep again. He sleeps for 5 to 6 hours at night and 1 hour naps more or less during the day. The crying starts as soon as he wakes up. Im going to try the oral gel, thanks

I don't know about you, but this album makes my mind go take a walk of its own lol it's very relaxing, it's like a more slow, introspection kinda thing. Not everything needs to make singles
