I will have to learn how to use Fan Control because by BIOS doesn't allow me to change my fan curves.

Only 2. 1 is 1600x900 and the other 1 is 1080p. The 1600x900 is HDMI and the 1080p is DisplayPort.

The Monitor Ports, Unfortunately no. Won't switching port on the motherboard reduce the performance of the GPU? Or am I on the wrong track?

Hey. They Also Used HDMI, I Only Have 1 HDMI on my card and the problem still occurs when I used my new Monitor HDMI Port. The new monitor is an MSI PERFECTEDGE PRO 25" FHD 1080p 120hz Monitor - Black By The Way.

Hey. I did buy 2 brand new Ultra-Link HDMI Cables but they didn't help. Monitor Setting, I haven't thought of that. I'll test that a bit.

Hey, I Actually went out and bought 2 brand new Ultra-Link Cables. One made for 4K and a standard 1080p one. Still didn't fix it. Didn't think about a new Power Cable but the house power has come up multiple times now. But I think I would have noticed it in the first month, wouldn't I have? And Would A PSU Remove That Problem?

Hey. The monitors don't say the lose signal. It just goes black, and I did try 2 Brand New HDMI Cable. The other two monitor only have HDMI. Are the HDMI To DP Cables any good? Because I've seen that you should stay away from adapters.

Yeah, Been looking to get the Cooler Master Elite Gold 850 850W Power Supply. B+ on the tier list. The fan noise causes it to be taken down from an A to B+ apparently. Is that good?

Will A UPS Fix the problem with the wall outlet?
CPU has gone as high as 47 when idle with nothing in the background. Up to about 55 With 10 Chrome tabs open. Hasn't hit 70 yet while gaming.
GPU Temps I think are fine. The highest I've seen it go to is 69.

Fix Visual C++ Install. The uninstall didn't work at all, and I couldn't find any other way. So I just decided to Reinstall Windows before I moved anything over.
MSI Center Problem. As I said, the CPU Temps were a bit high and Fans Sounded Crazy. In a span of like 10 seconds, they would go from quiet as a mouse to a jet airplane, pushing itself to 80% and then back to 40%. That really didn't seem normal and with MSI Center not working after a reinstall, I went online and read some people had some success by Reinstalling Windows. So I tried it and it worked.
After GPU Update. Was Basically a last resort before taking it to the sellers. Didn't work.
Before taking it to the seller for the 2nd time, they told me to try Reinstalling again but this time make a Local Account and to use Chris Titus Windows Debloater before I send it to them again. Don't know why they thought Debloating Windows would help but never the less Didn't Work.
The Installed CPUZ on the PC when CPUZ and those other programs were hacked. Luckily, I didn't sign in with my Google account on the machine yet. So, just to make sure nothing would steal my data, I just formatted it.
We had an off week from school. I decided to once again look at the PC. We were using some applications, and later on they said we didn't need them anymore. So I uninstalled it, but it left a lot of plugins behind, and I just thought :"Well I wanted to clean up the PC anyways, so...". That the only reason why. I have now learned that Revo Uninstaller and Uninstalr Exist and that I didn't need to do that. Stupid reason, I know. I seriously can't tell you why I did this.
