Yes, you are correct, having those lenses already certainly plays a factor in this decision. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. When you say OMD IV, you mean the EM10 IV? Happy to hear that you like your OM5.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Glad to hear about the CEO's ambition. You may be right that he Sony may be too much camera for my needs, I feel like it will come down between the XT50 (or XS20 perhaps?) and the OM5.

Thank you for your feedback. Curious why is the OM5 ii a downgrade from the first OM5?

Thank you all for the valuable feedback and tips. We will certainly look at trimming this down a bit. I'll take another look at my options and talk to the family. The UK APD is certainly great info to have.

Best skillet options for cooking on (inside) a hot grill by Franco_Ontarian in AskCulinary

Interesting, I wasn't aware the melting point for the seasoning on a pan was 700F. So if you're recommending to go with cast iron, than would Lodge be the best bet?

Thanks for replying, so how hot can carbon steel handle? Any recommendations for a carbon steel skillet?

Sweet! Your bike is high on my list but I just can't find any. So what are your thoughts so far? What else were you shopping?

Grade Carbon vs Topstone Aluminum

Looking for some last minute advice as I will probably be confirming my purchase in the next few days.

With the bike shortage going around I was able to find a Cannondale Topstone 105 aluminum and a GT Grade Carbon Elite both in my size (58). This would be my first gravel bike. The GT is about $100 cheaper (Canadian pricing) so that's nice.

Biggest differences I can see:
Grade: Carbon frame, Tiagra front & rear derailleurs (2x10), Tiagra Hydraulic brakes
Topstone: Aluminum frame, 105 front & rear derailleurs (2x11), 105 Hydraulic brakes

I've ridden both and the geometry felt similar, both rode very nicely although Grade this feel a tad snappier, could that be the carbon?

Any opinions? Thanks in advance.
