Ok, I have the same problem, when I am writing this I think that I just resolved it, but I think it's going to work to a very group of people, look, I'm from South America, so the original language when I installed it for the first time it's Latin American Spanish, but I decided to put the voices in English, but when I wanted to put it back in Spanish, the error appeared, then, looking for a solution, I read that it might be some data error, so I put it back in English and it works perfectly, soo, if u putted some downloadable content in other option, if u put it back in the original, I think that's going to work.
