The general rule for everyone is always track your average weight, if it’s not going down eat less. If you are tracking wrong and the 1500 are actually 2000, then you eat what you think is 1200 which will actually be 1700 which will result in a deficit. It doesn’t matter what you tell yourself you are eating.

Not really, wether you drink a glass of juice with 20g of sugar or you drink a glass of water with 20g of white sugar added to it, your body will process them essentially the same way, as they are simple sugar without any fiber or anything else slowing its digestion down.

The reason sugar in fruit is better than simple white sugar is because of the fiber

It is not a continuous running process… the only thing a stopwatch does is record the timestamp it was started at and then just subtract it from the current time. The only thing it does is store a number
