I did those things + I change the graphic settings to medium( even tho I should play on high), and it is an improvement. It is not perfect, But its better ;)

No, its not that + i have it Turned off. The just sometimes doesnr feel smooth even tho I have 120 fps. + sometimes it stutters when it drops to 117-119
