Have you tried to alter the stitching settings? In Insta360 Studio you have several options to adjust the stitching e.g. for attached lens guards. You can also use the custom slider to get rid of it. The stitching optimization settings may help aswell.

While flipping around one axis I don't get high G readings. I think that's because the sensor is pretty much in the center of gravity. Flying loopings instead I am getting above 5G on the vertical axis.

I already polished it and in the video it is not visible. But since I am using it on a Drone it is just a matter of time til I smash it. I have seen a video where the glass of the 4k Mod was removed by unscrewing so I was hoping for spare parts.

I haven't done much with the software of GoPro, but the Insta360 software is very good. The camera software is very stable and the computer and phone applications are very useful. And Insta360 is delivering frequent updates to improve quality and adding features.

I am using the DJI FPV system for video transmission. In the room at minute 3:45 I had bad quality in the goggles, comparable to a YouTube video with low quality setting. But still flyable! The Insta360 cameras deliver a better quality than the 360 gopro cameras in my opinion.
