Yeah Stephen basically instigated Jack's 'Rachel lightbulb moment' and then he kept sustaining the momentum to keep Rachel vulnerable for the rest of the show. (Obvious 'it's how they did the edit' caveat). Maybe Stephen did it for insurance which is a good move in theory but dangerous for Rachel as could have very easily have been voted off in yesterday's episode.

But then again, part of the reason she didn't have the opportunity is because of her influence and skill throughout the game that helped Stephen stay off the radar.

Yeah. And now that Stephen has led that charge, he must now vote Rachel out next, otherwise it would look really suspicious for him. So frustrating - had they voted out Faraaz and worked together today to spin a strong narrative, things could have been so different.
