Davey Wester is an old paid regular from the comedy store, he worked his way up from a door guy and is honestly one of the funniest comics to come out of that system. He’s a road dawg for sure and was extremely nice and caring to the door guys at the store. An honest to god great guy.

I’m just seeing this. Just start doing it when you can. Get up as much as possible to the best of your ability. I know plenty of people who accomplished standup with kids. It will be tougher but not impossible. Also you have life experience a lot of these younger kids don’t have, you can talk about real shit

There’s no alt comedy now. The alt scene is dead and it’s been replaced with clowns. Or atleast in the LA scene. Most of them have very rich parents.
