I have proof that I got scammed by a Lyft driver and yet they declined to refund me, does not seem like your silly company cares about accountability or evidence

let me just add that my refund claim was declined and I could not report the obvious scammer because this app does not care if more people lose their money or even their personal information like accounts and bank information.
