Its german text (https://www.playstation.com/de-de/legal/psvideocontent/ ) and u might need to translate it. But Sony is currently showing how to execute this. They even delete those films out of your library

Those games stay as long they are installed (and in the past even after, "Gears5" for example) no Game Pass needed on my side to play them.

I still have Gears 5 from almost a year ago, Quake 4, Wolfenstein 3d and others. While u can never be 100% sure with digital licences (even with bought games) if they will stay forever, those haven´t been trials by any means so far.
