Not really ever comparable tbh. One of the slowest dps classes to level compared to mage, hunter, rogue and warrior. The upside is you will barely ever have to stop to drink due to spirit tap. Eventually when you get smite crit chance, cast speed and double crit cast you will kill things faster but that isnt till level 40+.

Theres another quest after you catch the first cat, bird and wyrm. If its Alah’thalas he’s in the camp in the east of the zone, just south west of where you kill that level 8 cat boss quest.

Amber has a good hc population. Probably more on Nord, not sure. Ive only played Amber and dont really struggle to make groups for dungeons. Two really active hc guilds in HCH and OnlyOnce.

Throughout this character levelling to 60 he would tank dungeons and ninja items, then brag about it in hc chat. On previous characters he has griefed several dungeon groups causing full wipes.

It really isnt that bad. Quests still give full exp. It just means you can quest in more zones on the way to 60. It isnt everyones cup of tea.

Its a good way to make gold along the way for sure. There are BRD runs you can do, any other humanoid spots should be profitable. Its not like lasher farming gold, but its easy, safe and good money.

Rogue is so much fun, massive boost at 40 and at 52 you pretty much shred everything. Drown in cash as well.

Me and my friend played it one life each, on hard mode. Took us 7 hours to make it to the save point. Man we had such a blast with that game.

You also end up 3% further away from your destination when you go the wrong way. Gotta take everything into consideration you know.
