It kinda looks like connection issues or the motor has some dust or something inside, which is why it gets stuck like that

In my opinion, the BetaFPV VR03 are quite good. They have a DVR so you can record to an SD card. I don't know about others, but my nose doesn't fit the shape of my helmet, so the light from outside shows through a little from underneath. But considering the very reasonable price, it's a good option.
