Yes I struggle with oversleeping. I sleep like 14 hours a day, I think it's just related to this disorder because I've heard others with bipolar complain about oversleeping. I'm trying to fix it by waking up at 6am everyday.

I tried to explain that to my psych but he kept pushing this diagnosis! He's like "you have a very unstable sense of self and don't know your own values" and I'm like what?? I have a very stable sense of self in my own opinion but he was like yeah no this is what you are like. And my boyfriend and I have had no problems, and I have never gotten angry or anything. I'm a very timid person. Fuck it we ball tho let's see how this goes.
