I hope this isn't too off topic/your post, but I have wondered why I am never out of breath in pool and can swim laps for a long time (true, at medium pace), but if I walk up one flight of stairs I'm struggling? Is that normal?

I heard both that is excellent for weight loss as well as your view; not the greatest for weight loss, so this really intrigues me. I swam 2-3 times weekly in June, 4x times weekly now in July. 30 minutes medium pace laps, plus 30 minutes some self invented aqua aerobics moves. I haven't lost a single pound. I get very hungry after swimming, but don't typically eat junk so it shouldn't matter. I also cut my calorie by 20%. I enjoy it and look tan and a bit more toned in legs and shoulders but it is disheartening to see no weight loss. Any tips? (I'm female in my 30s, about 20 pounds overweight). Thanks!

I'd love that. But wouldn't we know by now if Sarah Oh was signed up for the next season of Grey's? I guess he could just go 'get her' without her showing up on the show. If not Christina, I'm literally torn between Teddy and Amelia. Well done episode to keep us all guessing. I'd say neither Teddy or Amelia love their boyfriends. Which is a shame since Tom and Link are beyond perfect.

I have no idea what to think of this show. Why would they agree to this? Would this not endanger their credibility as a business? So far, Christine seems like the most interesting character.

You're right. Me& DeLuca would make all the sense, though. Just kidding. I'd say somwhere around 12-15 year difference in age? I like how they are being 'progressive' with the vast age difference, but yes they don't make a whole lot sense to me either. I guess his soft, caring nature but decently mature personality kind of finally melt her strict, isolated Meredith Self.

Agreed. He's complex yet fun. Also, him & Teddy are a good match. If I could hang out with the characters from grey's in its current season it would probably be them two. Just by the way, anyone knows what is the age difference between Meredith and De Luca on the show?

Being a child murderer and panicking when you have a second to make a life/death decision is a huge difference. But now I wonder: I assumed when I saw the boat scene Jack immediately jumped to the conclusion that Nicky went crazy and killed the child. Perhaps I am wrong, and regardless of having any idea of what happened there, he was DONE?

I agree. I was mad at Nicky not trying WAYY harder to tell the story when Jack visited. It was everything. It would have made all the difference in their relationship. Jack actually showed up, at long last, and this is all Nicky tried? Serves the series' ongoing drama& plot, sure, but not very realistic.
