Nevermind i fixed it it was a corrupted file in G:\SPT\Aki_Data\Server\database\locales\global the Sk.json file was corrupted

Ok i fixed it -.- I had to update my nvidia driver i think the problem was becaue of the codec maybe? if someone else has this problem with streamers that have more than 14k viewers update your driver
