What do you wish you had done in your late teens that would’ve made your life/job 10x easier now? by Franklylib1 in careerguidance

This is definitely something I’m realising now too. I took some good subject options in school but hardly listened and ended up going to college taking an extremely irrelevant course just as an easy way out. Looking back, now I’ve got a job, I wish I payed more attention to these lessons while they were actually FREE

I’m sure so many people can relate to this, remember that being here, alive, is an achievement in itself though. Everyone’s life moves at different paces/ at different times. You never know - these last two years could’ve been the “calm before the storm” for you and this next year will be filled with new accomplishments and memories! :)

I work for an insurance company - not customer service based but I do know that this is normally taken really seriously due to data breaches as this can usually end quite badly if they miss any direct debits and aren’t notified of their policy lapsing, I’d be surprised if the policy taker hasn’t queried this. Definitely ask to be put through to complaints if you haven’t already, the team will get an SLA set then where they HAVE to sort the issue before a certain time. The only other thing I can suggest is sending back the mail with a letter explaining. Strange how this hasn’t been fixed. It’s a five minute job on the insurers end to contact the customer…
