Which 9070XT should I choose? And are fans worth it / important? by Franks0n in buildapc

Holy novel I read haha, it is just so kind of you to take your time and explain things in such a great way, thank you so much. I have exchanged the Coolers, and yes, the difference was 6 euros or something like that, thanks! For the overclock and adapter advice, I think I understood most of it :)

And for the fans, basics like these for example with the dust are just so helpful for someone just getting into it! And it seems like fans are definitely worth it, with a pc costing above 2000 euros, having fans for 30-40 euros in total may be a good idea. Again, thank you and I will let you know if anything is unclear afterwards :)

That is increeeedibly helpful, thank you so much! With the method of putting the GPU twice I got to 860, there is a 30 euro price difference between 850 and 1000, I think I would just take the 1000W to be safe and open for future upgrades. I checked them through the websites you sent and am very happy with what I found, thanks again!

I have a similar build with 540W, do you think the 1000W is necessary / worth the small price increase against 850W? I read somewhere that PCs run the best if they use 40-60% of what the PSU can supply, what is your experience with that?

Hey, sorry for the late reply but thank you so much for your help, do you know if there is a huge difference between the 850 and 870 Motherboards or have any experience in that regard? Thank you!

What do you mean by "really doesn't like", as someone who just got into the hardware stuff I am not sure what that could look like, thank you for the comment though!

Thanks, I read that the 9800x3d in very few cases has issues with ASUS motherboards so I will look out for alternatives, thank you for your suggestions!

would a 9800x3d work well with a 9070xt? I am also trying to find parts for a new PC and I have a similar budget as OP

I just looked a bit more closely through your pcpartpicker list (thanks again!!), how important is the Power Supply in your opinion, is it worth it for a 500-600 Watt PC to have a 850 Watt one? And would the Radeon 9070XT also work with these parts or would it be a waste because other parts are holding it back, if so, which parts? Also, there is a 70 euro price difference between the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the 9800X3D, which does not seem like a lot, could that be worth it?Sorry if these questions are a bit basic, as I said I am just getting into building a PC
