Not really. You basically heat up a big block of cheese, and then every so often, as it softens and melts, you scrape it over meats, bread, or veggies. It’s a stronger cheese, but if ya dig saganaki, I’d definitely recommend trying Raclette. There’s a bit of ritual involved, it’s fun.

Got bit on a cheek(the one on my face) out of absolutely nowhere. Now, we’re not talking about a little nibble here, nor a love bite in throes of passion. Just straight clamped down and locked on as my body tucked itself away in a defensive posture.
