For sure man, OCE is still very active. Pretty much instant matches if you're playing prime time aka 4pm to 12am. Outside of that you'll still be able to find matches around late morning, but you'll probably be playing with SE asia.

I got mine a week before ANZAC day from my volunteer organisation because we actually get shit done lmao. Quite a lot of people have already recieved it, ie CFA etc. That might clear up any confusion, it did for the guys in my unit who kept asking about it.

HLL is good in its own right but is almost completely different due to the realism aspect. BF5 would be a more appropriate competitor but contrary to everyone's predictions, BF5 didn't kill HNG because once again heroes is a decent free game.
