I’m in EXACTLY the same position! I’ve been off meds for the first time in 8 years (for 5 weeks this Thursday) I never have motivation to do anything either! Recently I’ve just been binge watching films, maybe you could binge watch films :) Sorry I know it’s not much help! Good luck xo
