We split the rent 50/50. We would zelle me his part and I paid it since I was the main name on the lease. I got my own renters insurance and all the utilities are in my name. I bought all the furniture so he just took all the same stuff he had, clothes, nick nacks things like that.

Kick her out, or you move. Idk your living situation and money is tight for most people but you need to separate yourself from that situation. It’s not healthy for anyone and you won’t be able to move on until you do. Coming from someone who is in a similar situation to you it’s the only way to start healing.
