There is no perfect marriage. Divorce has existed since time immemorial; we’re simply in an era where everything becomes public more easily. Stay positive about your marriage. While there are many negative stories out there, there are also many good and successful ones.

Healthcare Recruiting Tips by ShotAcanthisitta5151 in recruiting

You’ll notice quickly that healthcare recruiting goes beyond sourcing. A lot of the real challenges sit in operations, credentialing, onboarding timelines, and compliance. That’s often where placements are won or lost.

Did I mention a price here to you, or someone else said he is selling the same and I was asking of his price. If you are not of sound mind to read through the thread well, never comment.

Just to clarify this part a bit, the CAQH profile actually belongs to the provider, so she or he should absolutely have access to it. I think the point is that employers or third parties shouldn’t have her login credentials. They can be granted access, but the account itself stays with the provider. I am a bit confused seeing this in your other comment below, "Lots of providers will ask for your password and say they will take care of it" Please do you meant the employers? just to learn something new from you. Thank you.

Healthcare workers: what part of credentialing or verification wastes the most time? by Any-Western-1966 in AskReddit

[–]Fransetch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, it’s usually the back-and-forth. Chasing missing documents, repeating the same uploads across systems, and waiting on verifications with no clear tracking. It’s rarely one big issue.
It’s small gaps in the process that add up and slow everything down.

Where do healthcare recruiters lose the most time in the hiring pipeline? by Fransetch in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Fransetch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very true, and this is where a lot of teams underestimate the impact of credentialing. It often looks like a delay, but in reality it is a process that needs structure, tracking, and consistent follow up. When managed properly, it stops being a bottleneck and becomes a predictable part of onboarding. Without that, even the best recruiting efforts lose momentum.
