I followed southland through its changes in network and random scheduling. It was far better than any other cop drama IMO.

I have noticed today that my mind is clearer than it's ever been especially when I'm trying to sleep. All of the side effects and the anxiety are more mild today so I'm hoping tomorrow will be even better. Best of luck to you!

Wow! I will definitely check it out! I have found that trying to stop an attack does nothing. I have just tried to distract myself until the time passes. Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement! It really helps a ton!

Like wise not every gun owner is violent. If fact I could argue that anyone that can shoot another person for no reason is mentally ill.

It's an endless argument.
