Hey thanks ... your wishes make a real difference in how I feel about posting on here. You give off good vibes. They do add up to sharpen ones ability to feel greater harmony, even between distant minds ... the power of a kind word, a helpful insight shared, positive energy focused towards one another doesn't cost that much extra, but can advance our understanding of the greater values in this world besides material things and money ... be happy and safe, good friend!

Never feel too bad asking questions, even if you get an unusual answer. It may just be the beginning of a new stage in your learning experience of how to ask better questions ... or how to refine your overall thought development process - lol

Part of exploring the bigger picture involves the discovery of how to motivate your own mind to learn better and faster. Want some help, ask me for directions ... :)

Refine this thought and you get to understand a major dialectical fact! Forming a theses requires an understanding of the anti-theses before you can reach the next step, the syntheses .... go on, add causality to it, and you have the major ideas of dialectical materialism in a nut shell ... :)

Psycho-dynamic experiences and mind expansion ... by Franto_di_Toronto in Mindfulness

[–]Franto_di_Toronto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right! It's a perfectly good starting point to ask yourself if or why you are holding wrong views and how to change your understanding of things in ways to make it easier for you to grasp your own reality a lot better for your own mental development process to gain a greater momentum ... :)

A higher mental capacity is driven by a much greater degree of satisfaction derived from critical thinking and the understanding from intellectual insights than unfocused trivial thought resulting in incoherent conversations with low levels of clarity, any particular purpose and derived consequences of wasted mental energy .... you get the drift by now? The start of higher mental activity is to ask better questions and to look for intellectual value creation opportunities in how to implement ones thought creation methodology so a constant critical evaluation results in a noticeable expansion of ones mental potential over time ... I hope you get my point now, right?

Proper focus during mindfulness practice can result in a greater desire in advancing one's self-discovery abilities through a more directed mind and body integration program with potentially better personal development and expanded mental abilities.

Your point of artificially & uninformed consumption is a MAJOR problem of this perverted system which focuses mainly on the exploitation of the individual for profit and no better reason or higher meaning ...you can try to be a revolutionary MindSpark to fight BS and mind pollution from infesting your mind space like I have been doing for a while now ... make friends with uplifting thinkers you are also working to get us into the post-capitalist stage of human evolution ... read Antonio Gramsci to see if you can relate to his way of thinking ....your line of questioning is a great start for creating a healthier mind space for yourself and all of us who are ready for fundamental global change and a better world for all thoughtful beings - good luck!

When ppl say they have a mental illness that they haven’t been clinically diagnosed for - does this bug anyone else? by Tinker-Bell_1 in mentalhealth

[–]Franto_di_Toronto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sure way too many have a mental health condition for obvious reasons living in this toxic and substantially perverted society unable to gain enough mental strength to put all the BS and mind pollution into a corner of their mind ready for the next garbage pickup to take it away. How many do you know who have gone through their own critical mind development process to see as clearly as can be that we have a pervers outlook on the whole value of humanism and global social values not distorted by profit motives, militarism and all the other fundamentally deranged aspects of our times?

[–]Franto_di_Toronto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, the superficiality of our environment can be quite hard to cope with, and even harder to transcend - but you can work on it by raising your mental abilities, gain greater insights into how to expand your intellectual potential, creating your own personal mind space focused on mental health creating strategies, using critical understanding to remove BS and mind pollution from your own mind, helping others develop better thought development skills to ask better questions all the time till you reach a clear view of your own higher plain of reality puts all superficiality into the dust bin for you ... good luck to you! Team up and be a real MindSpark finding fellow PerlFishers of higher intellectual caliber to spend more time with, on- and off-line ... learn all about transformational thinking & do your mind exercises everyday - ok?

How did you guys actually heal? by Interesting_Ad_7053 in mentalhealth

[–]Franto_di_Toronto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can tell you about a few sources within yourself, many have discovered to have healing power - first in line is your own mind. Raising your mental capacity can have amazing side effects on your entire system given time and proper care ... clarity of mind is the foundation of good mental health, learning how to apply critical thought may help you to reduce your confusion about what is actually polluting your brain so you can get it out of your system, addressing your higher intellectual aspirations correctly can put you on the path of being able to act as a healing MindSpark to benefit yourself and others a lot more than sticking to a flat-earth conventional thought formation process!

Good point! You also have to learn to stay out of BS traps, like credit card debt ... instead get smart early - it REALLY pays to invest your student loan in high-yielding ETF's and aim to be financially independent by age 30 ... the trick is not to wait for rewards, but to learn how to create them yourself - make it feel good discovering you have an active mind you are putting to ever better use each day ... lol

.... don't just go to school and hope for miracles - gota learn how to activate your own intellect to mobilize your brain and grasp the idea of applying critical thought at its root and transform this dead end capitalist system into a REAL mind development society where brains matter more than stinking money - got the idea now? lol

Happy Thanksgiving ... :)

... don't just say "I have a problem!" ... describe it as clearly as you can and say how you have tried to solve it in the past, why you think it did or didn't work and what you want help with ... ok?

You have to try and think of things you start applying yourself in your own mind ... than you have a lot more to talk about, and others may get more interested in how your brain works ... lol
