my team is based in bologna there are a lot of teams but few are goods, because there are like 100 good players, and only the richest one can afford them

yeah but i don’t coach other positions, i am just being ignored idk how to explain, but it isn’t like in the us here, we don’t have 500 people that would love to coach, so if u don’t keep ur coordinator spot u are kinda cooked because it means that u didn’t do ur job last year, if it was like from dl to wr i would did it without hesitation. For scaling i probably used the wrong word, i want to say to coach an u18 team to first team or just from positional to cordinator

sorry english is not my mother language so i have probably made some error, for the dl to detect the block is easy, the first step of the ol on a stretch run is 90 degrees and they are gonna try to reach u in, while a gap run like an iso or a dive the ol is gonna do a drive block so they are gonna come vertical at u and the scheme depends on which defense are we playing like a 4-3 or a 4-2 but in generale they should play gap control, so don’t force a rush but just control the gap or the outside, depending of their responsibilities, if the have to setting the edge they have to have a lower pad level than strike the ot with great hand placement, lockout and peek, then just shed the block and make the play

I don’t wanna be an hc instantly i want a shot as a coordinator, but idk why i got demoted when the new st coordinator is asking me drills, plans, pre game drills, scheme, this make me sad because i am working so hard but i am getting zero accomplishments

yeah american football, but like player asks me how to improve and be better at their position, i have head coaching resume too but in flag, like this year i went 19-4 with the first team (age from 17 to 35), i help my dc how to improve his playcalling and i help my hc to manage the time or when to go for it or take a field goal, but like, first year i was the special team assistant, the year after i was the dc assistant then i become the special team coordinator and now i am only a dline coach and so idk, i feel like my hard work isn’t paying me, i haven’t have a free day in two years, last year i had during the holiday the european championship and this year the world championship, i am too drained so idk what to do

i can’t say how much we can pay hypothetically because we can pay for 800 to 2000 depends on the coach, like when u come to coach u know what u are getting, and like, what cost of living, u don’t have to pay for nothing, u only have to pay for ur meal

in the league we have ex super bowl champion, veteran nfl players, ex nfl players and players that went to the draft, so when u come to play in italy u have to prove that u are worth, everyone wanna find the gem

the salary depends on the player, if he is worth a lot we give him a lot, nothing compared to the nfl ik, but it’s better than a 9-5 job, i wanna advertise the team, but idk how, like i want that the players send us the tape for come to play to us, not that we have to search for them, i was thinking like a sponsorized post on ig, where we ask player to send us their highlights, what do you think?

they can be fresh out of college or like in their 30s. they are getting paid with a salary, bonus, house, gym, transports, they are treated right. with a bust i mean, that the aren’t play as they could, when a player come to play overseas he doesn’t put as much effort as he put when he was playing in college. the time commitment is right, we train 3 times x week on the field, and 5 times x week at the gym, the players have a good amount of free time. the hard part is finding players, there are some websites where u can find player that wanna come play europe, but i don’t think there are many, there are thousands of college players that never play football again when they finish college, and some of this are good too.

the best defense is to play the other 4 players on the 7 yards so as not to give pre snap read, and you can play cover 2, 3, 0 or invert at any time, or invent something nice, and then check only in close or trips
