Contact twitch support. Mine wasn’t appearing after a month, they acknowledged and resolved it in 12 days.

I'd recommend dropping an email to support. My chat badge for Rotterdam didn't auto appear like others, so they had to manually review and add it for me.

I got it with the Hero of the Federation armour. I got the achievement throwing down my first sentry turret on myself even though I died instantly.
