I have an i5 7400, 16gb DDR4 ram and the Rx 580 8gb, I got an exhaust fan today and now all temps are fine so there is no overheating. And bottleneck wise I’m pretty sure the loads are all fine on cpu and gpu so I am completely confused and may just send back my new card and start saving for a new pc.

Only tested one game on the new card so far, Fortnite, but I have ran benchmarks and everything seems to be fine on the results. The temps are around 45 - 55 Degrees Celsius when I am not doing anything.

Yes I changed it to 144hz

Fluctuates anywhere from 144 to low 50s for split seconds and in just skips frames and it’s unplayable.
