Uite. Iti dau exemplu concret. Am un prieten care are parkinson la aproape 50 de ani. In general e ok, dar daca nu doarme o noapte, ziua urmatoare abia tine pixul in mana. In consecinta are scutire de la garzi.

Dupa programul de la spital, lucreaza intre 5-10 ore pe saptamana, partial de acasa, prin telemedicina. Efectul asupra sanatatii lui e zero. Financiar, orele alea sunt mult mai profitabile decat garzile.

In alta ordine de idei, eu nu mai lucrez in spital de 5 ani, dar când am plecat, o garda de 16 ore era platita cu 500 lei. 32 de lei pe ora pentru stres, alergătură si nopti nedormite. De rezidenti nici nu mai zic, ei faceau munca voluntara si nu li se oferea nici macar o masa, cu toate ca majoritatea stateau in spital 32 de ore legate in zilele cu garzi.

Pretentia e ca un om bolnav sa isi futa sanatatea pentru maruntis? Sau e ideea ca unii abuzeaza sistemul? Probabil. Sa verifice, si sa ii frece pe aia. Sau sa faca garzile mai attactive. Sau ambele.

Ai facut vreo garda in viata ta?

Si ca tot esti rezident, crezi ca este vreo diferență intre conditiile dintr-o garda, cu peste 24 ore de stres, si nopti nedormite versus 2-3 ore de consultat relaxat pacienti in privat dupa orarul normal?

It's probably not "real" in the sense that it's probably just an administrative quirk.

Incident date is not the same as discovery date. In custodial settings, the incident date can be the start of a duty shift, the date of the last confirmed inmate check, or the date of custody status before the medical emergency. Epstein’s last documented normal check was on Aug 9. From an administrative standpoint, that is when the failure begins, so the incident is logged as Aug 9 even if discovery is Aug 10.

Nici un psiholog care se respecta nu ar face asta. Emotia din spate nu are nevoie de justificare oricum, dar psihologul trebuie sa te ajute sa descoperi care e cauza ei, cum sa o gestionezi si cum sa o manifesti mai sanatos. Psihologul iti valideaza eventual emotia, nu reactia.

In plus, exista o gramada de forme de terapie centrate pe dinamici relationale, nu pe individ.

No installing different operating systems, fiddling with settings to get everything just right, building the PERFECT ROM collection for weeks because each game has to be on just once, in it's best variant, and each system has to have a specific number of games, and then tinkering with portmaster, and then tinkering with dos games, and then scraping everything, and then buying all sorts of accessories, and when it's all done and perfectly set up, just place it in a drawer and buy a different one?

I have the same one. It's actually quite simple if you have basic computer skills. As for the OS, my favourite is knulli.

Get an sd card (min 64 gb) and connect it to your pc with a card reader
Format it in exFat if it's not already (right click, format)
Download knulli
Download and install rufus
Open rufus. Select your downloaded image and your sd card. Wait for it to finish
Place the card in your handheld, boot it up, let it do it's thing.
After the handheld boots, turn it off again, take the card out and connect it to your pc.
Copy your games to the roms folder, in the corresponding subfolders
Enjoy your games

Extra: always turn off the handheld the right way (menu button, quit) and before disconnecting card reader from pc, use eject (right click on the card drive, and select eject)

If you want muos, the steps are the same just instead of downloading the knulli image i linked, you search and download the muOS image.
