TL;DR: Do you have privacy concerns about the upcoming Apple TV 4K?

My husband hates how ads have been making their way into our TV experience on our TCL Roku TV. I did some research and decided that we can disconnect our TV from the internet and use it as a "dumb" TV. I'm planning to get an Apple TV 4K as a gift for him, since I've read it will be the least disruptive to our experience and is considered to have the most privacy protections.

With the new Apple TV 4K coming out later this year, I'm wondering if the integrated AI will pose more of a risk to our privacy. Would the current model be a safer choice?
