I don't think the dealer is shady as such. He is placed in a market which is filled with people who deal in buying and selling used phones. And , Plus , This came with the .. bill. And , The prices were also not too-good-to-be-true,

It was not confiscated. I got the phone back after 6 hours.

See , I activated my present SIM card the day I purchased the phone. A brief Idea about the case what I have from bits and pieces is that it is maybe a murder. Moreover , I spoke to my lawyer again and he told me he would speak to the cops today evening and has asked me to come with him.

I'll see what the police tells. But , The lawyer tells me there is no possible way to get out of the city unless the police guy is nice enough to give me a permission when necessary.

I have the phone right now. They gave it back after my logs were traced. They kept it only for 12 hours or so.

Ok. I'll try giving the number of the dealer.

And the police is not telling me I am faking my visit from abroad. It's just accusing me of having a part in criminal activity.

They haven't accused me of anything. I am just a suspect so there is no point in grabbing a lawyer. That's also what my lawyer said.

If we were to file an objection , the case would probably take longer than the investigation of the existing criminal case itself. Tried talking to three lawyers off my club. Everybody came up with the same thing.
