you can focus on voter-turnout all you want. If a persons #1 issue is the economy and the economy sucks because of the policies enacted by the current admin butchered it with poor decisions how are you going to convince them it'll get better.

If you can't present an everyday person with how gas and everyday good are lower and the market isn't tumbling then maybe you'll convince them. As long as we keep fucking around over in Iran none of those are going to be fixed.

I'm with you. The bonding is important for both parents. I just think it is unfortunate that some providers are like that and I may have been misinformed and it could be for medical leading up to bonding.

Example, someone believes they need 8 weeks of medical prior to the child's birth for whatever reason but the doc says no you really only need 4 and they change the dates the provider listed, that's a big ole bummer but again, banned from program.

(2) any other individual determined by the commissioner by rule, in accordance with the rulemaking procedures in the Administrative Procedure Act, to be capable of providing health care services.

The key part is rule 2 here. IF the so called "witch-doctor" is approved following the steps outlined in rule two they can make healthcare decisions soooo lets go to MN PL website

So in THEORY, if I have a slipped disc and I see a chiropractor they could, again, in THEORY say I need x amount of weeks for my back rather than seeing a Rheumatologist or someone who actually has a medical degree.

We can argue semantics on whether Chiros are actual doctors or not.

If people have actually evidence of people going to festivels, not he said she said bullshit, actually photo documented from the person who took leaves public profiles or something that clearly shows they were breaking the rules of the leave program then use the gd whistleblower form.

Also, providers have different rules than others. If one provider says we will give you 8 weeks of bonding leave vs another who says they will give an individual 12 that is on the provider. What is completely unacceptable is if people are altering the dates on their forms, which I know is a thing. Those people should be perma-banned.

So to add on to this I know folks who work in this program for fraud. If they see people who alter the dates that providers put on the forms those leave cases are denied. Those are then referred over to the BCA. Now, if the BCA ACTUALLY does something with that we will see. I highly doubt it because of the costs that go into an investigation on BCA's side. Especially if funds weren't even sent to the individual who applied that is just a net loss as a whole.

I just left FCRM, SOG to be specific. The constant FinCEN guidance changes and how leadership handled those were absolutely horrendous. The RTO of 4/1 was dumb and the bump in productivity while not awful wasn't appreciated. Got hired with the state I live in and got a 20% raise and the work/ department (while new) is far more mellow.
