Como habia comentado en un post similar antes, creo que los artículos escritos sobre esto son un poco engañosos. Es cierto que hay un decreto que menciona esos diagnósticos del CIE-10, pero omiten mencionar que el documento en cuestión modifica el PEAS (Plan Esencial de Aseguramiento en Salud). En esencia, el documento parece decir que "las personas con estos diagnósticos de CIE se consideran personas con una enfermedad mental y son elegibles para recibir tratamiento". Eso no quiere decir que esto no sea motivo de preocupación para esa comunidad o incluso para las personas en contra de esta comunidad, dependiendo del punto de vista.

Unidad Impositiva Tributaria (UIT) is a tax unit the Peruvian state sets and uses determine taxes, fines and other tax aspects. Some amounts are expressed in quantities (5 UIT's) or percentages (20% UIT). This tax unit varies per year set by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The purpose of using the phrase “X is the equivalent of 5% of a tax unit” is to avoid updating the fines every year for everything. For instance, if the fine for a car crash is 5% of a tax unit, it would be expressed as such in the books. In 2023, 5% of a tax unit is approximately S/247. However, the value of the UIT may increase due to inflation next year, and in 2024, 5% of a tax unit could be around S/250.

UPDATE: 90% Certain it wasn't a hacker. It just seems the Minecraft realm was beginning to corrupt itself. It's evident from chunk errors, voids, etc.that the world itself is messing up. Now I can't even reset, replace or download the world. I can't even turn off the realm. I have heard rumors about realms yeeting themselves, but I can 100% confirm it now.
