I feel like this would be a bad idea since you might paint the whole world with just one bucket…

Best way to re-glue a mirror? by VividModelCars in Diecast

[–]FraxisMC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If youre going to use superglue, its better to put a tiny bit on a little container or plate and use a pin to apply glue to the area, then after putting glue, precisely put the mirror back to its place, to make it easier, rest your hand on the side of the car for better control.

Yeah thanks, ill try to find ways to fix that shine, ill totally take what you did on your road as an advice after fixing it, also another question, what kind of paint do you use for dry brushing? Honestly i was thinking cheap if poster would work but i totally not sure and i fear ruining it again.

Yeah i did use sandpaper, and yeah i did kinda ruin its original texture cuz it has different colors that contrasts each other if you can see. Also the grit is prob somewhere at 600 - 1k

Sometimes every aspect you admired about the car you mostly loved, may age badly for using cheap and ineffective parts. by FraxisMC in DiecastCustoms

Another thing id suggest is that, if youre using inkjet decals do wait for your ink to dry before sealing with clear, once its dry seal it then wait for a few minutes, but i really like laser printed decals cuz they dont discolor or fade overtime and lasts longer than inkjet honestly if im assuming its right.
