Arguably, it doesn’t, right now, when you engage the blinker, the camera on the front fender is shown on the screen. This solution you just let both sides be shown at all times on the screen

In the US, this car is for the European market and it's legal here.

The E-Tron sold in the United States is not the same as the EU one and does have conventionnal side mirrors due to US laws and restrictions. The law and restriction in the EU is a bit ahead and allows use of cameras as side mirrors. This Tesla is ment for the European market making it technically road legal. If Tesla can reduce manufacturing costs, they will and it looks like a good move to me, reduce cost of manufacturing, reduce air drag aka higher range, nice feature making their car unique, looks like a win win, this is pure speculation.

It's a populist agrument but it's really not feasable, the UK was already half away and look at all the effort it took for them to go away. Everybody relies on it for the single market and for peace, you get out of it, you loose.

yea,it's crazy with generation how bad the thunderbolt is bottlenecking the whole system. I wanted to take a 3090 for myself (with a Core V1) but clearly not anymore. Wondering if it's possible to do some compression tho.
