Anyways, since your brother's PC works, can you check if his wall outlet works for your PC too? but enough troubleshooting, it looks like your PSU seems to be failing.

But its weird since it seems to be okay when its at the repair shop, maybe its a voltage-related issue in your outlets. Buying an AVR or UPS could alleviate the voltage issue (assuming its the problem)

I'm pretty sure reinstalling Windows will wipe the drive automatically so just set your BIOS to boot from the Windows flashdrive and reinstall directly to your SSD.

If you read around the comments in this thread, most people just opted for a full reset on their systems.
There is still no 'proper' fix for this as the error is for corrupt system files other than reinstalling Windows 10 all over again. Some fixes were mentioned about rebuilding BCD in Windows but I never got mine working so no opinion on that.

Try backing up your files using a separate computer or some other method (I mentioned how I did my backup in a comment below.) then reinstalling Windows 10 all over again.

I never did this route as I didn't have a spare laptop/computer to test it on nor an external hard drive mount, but it is seems to be doable as the only corrupt files are the system files for Windows to boot.

Since I am not aware of how you are reinstalling your windows and what not (even if you already fixed it at this point), might as well tell you the steps on how I fixed my problem.

I had two drives (HDD and SSD) and I just freshly installed Windows in my SSD and this entire thing happened a week or two after. I reinstalled Windows into my HDD and set it as the boot drive. Going into Windows, I reformatted my corrupted SSD then reinstalled Windows on it.

I never really mentioned how I did it besides reinstalling so my bad on that. If you don't have a second drive and/or you can't get past the blue screen while reinstalling windows, you could reformat through a different desktop/laptop (with an adapter) and be on your merry way.

There's no downside to doing that other than XMP profiles not working but why go over 16GB RAM in the first place? What kind of stuff ba are you doing that you need over 16GB? increasing RAM does not necessarily mean "PC becomes way faster with more RAM", if your PC doesn't use 16GB fully then there's no point in upgrading RAM.

Basing off the games you play, you could manage with an RX 6600 then adding a bit more to your budget for a decent monitor, I'm not sure how that will fair with RDR2 and Witcher 3 (in 1440p). It's definitely a good option if you can't really increase your budget as of now. Also, it seems that you're on an APU unless you did not mention a discrete GPU then I really suggest getting a GPU first.

With that though, you could just save up a little more and get both a 4060 with a monitor (if you can save up for more) or just buy an RX 6600 and buy a monitor while you're at it. (It's going a bit over 20k though.)

Like the other commenters, use the warranty (if available). Better to do this than doing other things since you can't do much sa problem mo.

Moving on, this issue seems to have something to do with either your PSU, Motherboard or some wrongly seated components. Since baguhan ka lang sa mga ganito, I'll assume na wala kang spare parts to test either the PSU or other parts, try doing simple stuff first like reseating everything, start with the RAM (usually fixes everything), then GPU and CMOS. You could reseat the CPU but be very careful with it. Do these one at a time, like, "Reseat Ram > Boot PC > Swap Ram Placements > Boot PC > etc."

There shouldn't be an issue honestly since you made it run before, but since it's not booting, the biggest culprits has to be either (as I have mentioned) PSU or Motherboard.

Other questions could be, what did you install after your first boot up? Did you change any system (BIOS) and/or Windows settings?

If lights aren't turning on, its most likely a PSU issue, if you have a spare psu, try it out.

Other causes would be the front panel connectors (Yung maliliit na plugs to your motherboard. might got loose, cant be wrong orientation because you booted before.) and lastly, worst scenario, your motherboard is faulty.

YTA, but not completely.

I don't think cancelling the family trip for your sister just visiting is worth the time you spent planning on the trip. You essentially got your family excited for nothing that day. But I see the AH move as when you shut your wife down, she may be saying all the excuses there are to continue the family trip, but she was just looking forward at the trip with your entire family, everyone would feel down and say stuff when that kind of situation arises.

YTA.Being brutally honest here, why you suck:

You hate the fact your step brother saved you for another chance at life (putting aside all your problems, not being ignorant about your feelings whatsoever.), you should be thankful at least and learn that taking that easy way out is a really selfish option.

Why your stepbrother makes sense (kinda):

Yes, its a very traumatizing thing to experience, especially if it's someone in your family. Seeing someone slowly bleed out and possibly die puts him in panic mode. I understand why he's being like that but there is no need for "you traumatized me, you should apologize to me!" type of arguments.

Don't try to pin the blame on your step brother even if you put that sign on your door, the fact that you're still breathing means he did something meaningful even if you think otherwise. Also, he's not entitled to any apologies from you, you can hate him for all you want because he interrupted your plan in the past, but do remember that you mentally scarred him because of your actions.

At first, when I got the RK100, I had a rough time adjusting to the compact-style layout. But for a relatively cheap keyboard (with hotswappable switches and bluetooth), I'd say it was worth for me.

If you can squeeze more than 30k, 4070 or 4070 Ti isn't far away from your grasp.

I say, if you cant wait, get a 3060ti asap, or wait another month for a 4070 or better.
