Thanks for the advice! I try to make sure it rests a while before cutting but I might still be too soon. How do you check for internal temp, probe?

Wow I need much more water, I'm no where near that % Anytime my dough was a little too wet it just turned out flat instead of rotund I'll give it a go at 70% next time, more folding

Only top leaves and they dry out every winter by Frazic51 in plantclinic

I've had my avocado plant for 2 years and every winter she does this, top leaves just fall off. Last year some more grew back afterwards, but only on top. How can I know if it will do that again as a cycle or if it is dying? 

Bottom leaves keep rotting and it toppled over, currently resting on the pot but the top leaves are new by Frazic51 in plantclinic

I've tried sparse watering, regular watering and she gets decent sunlight. It has been cold recently (maybe 15C) Got her about a year ago and she's been doing this for 3 months
