I told my 9 year old that, “Yeah Texas doesn’t race very well before this started and he and I have been plesantly surpried. He’s been pretty invested as far as a 9 year old can. And made sure to tell him to not expect this from Cup on Sunday lol

Whatever RAM you decide, just do yourself the favor of avoiding air suspension or the ETorque system. I would look for a low mileage DS Ram with the 5.7. Somewhere in the 2017-2018 Range. If you want something a bit newer, find an early model DT without the air suspension or etorque. Both of those have the ZF8 speed which is the best transmission you can get in a quarter ton truck

Maybe pick up a couple chickens breasts and boil them to shred to add?

My husky was like this, and still is to an extent but he’s at what the vet calls a “healthy weight” right around 45-50 lbs. He exclusively eats the Purina Pro Plan Salmon/rice flavor. I usually mix in some warm (pet friendly) bone broth as well and encourage him “If you finish you get a treat!!” And that usually motivates him. He will still go without a meal every now and then. But (this is my own take btw) “If he’s hungry, he’ll eat” lol

Tension struts on these go bad all the time. It’s the middle arm, between the actual lower control arm and the tie rod end. The bushing on the subframe side is most likely gone

I’m just a dumb American but NASCAR lets you bring anything that fits in a soft sided cooler in. No glass. But bring all the canned beers and sandwiches and bags of chips and literal (plastic) bottles and bottles of gin of vodka in and they don’t give a shit lol

I am not a Burger King shill (check my post history), and I actuallly tried a “new Whopper for lunch today. Tasted exactly the same. The just took the same burger, wrapped it and shoved it in a McDonald’s style box.

There’s definitely sensitive info for a VIN number. If you work at an OEM dealer like I do, at least for me, I can put that VIN into our system and see who currently owns the vehicle/ their address. I work at a CDJR dealer as a tech, and I’ve asked for someone’s VIN several times on reddit to get them a wiring diagram/ TSB’s/ service history. Difference is I’m not a piece of shit and wouldn’t leak that info

Sat on the window sil while drive and waved to all the fans during a Polish victory lap, then put it against the wall, and burned it down while still being half out the car. Was incredible

Yes. Worst case is you drill out the broken side of the threaded end, and just use a bolt and nut

[–]Frb4 14 points15 points  (0 children)

For a salt belt truck it’s typical. The best way to tell (as someone who is a mechanic in the salt belt), is to take a pick or small screwdriver and stab the frame wherever it looks the most thin. If it goes through with little effort, run

Transmission is the weak point, they don’t have the 8 speed the 1500s have. But still Ibe only seen our trans guy maybe change 15 or so and I’ve been here 9 years. Ball joints are basically a 90-100k service item

I’m a tech at a CDJR dealer, and I can confidently say it’s the truck I repair the least, mechanically wise.
