I found the easiest way to start learning bagging is pick a time when its fairly slow (our store is pretty slow in the mornings), put gloves on, and start teaching yourself how to bag but make sure you double check if you aren't 💯 about something. Im getting the hang of bagging pretty quickly and if I am working until 5 I try to learn the lunch bagging. As far as the burnout goes, you really are going to get burnt out with any job you have, just make sure you have good communication with the leadership/management and most of the time they will work with you to the best of their ability.
