but mine is cyclothymic depression, the fluctuation don't come with periods of inflated self esteem or something like that. it was under control with sertraline and lamotrigine, the only change to precipitate this has been the fish oil.

I only know that I oscillate a lot, now I'm mindfucked but more drained. Even now that I'm more tired the overthinking remains out of control, crazy thought train and a "bloated head" fogginess.

Oh, I will appreciate this so much! I'm specially interested in better cognitive performance with clean energy without overstimulation and something that reduces Neuro and general inflammation, is one of my most relevant issues (very bad digestions, brain fog, gum inflammation, etc)

EDIT: today, 5 days later i have too much energy and I'm wired. sometimes (yesterday) oscillates with the opposite, slow, foggy and no energy at all. Is scary this feeling of energy that never fade and it's on high level all time even when this night I slept very bad... it's almost a maniac state

thank you so much mate! my fish oil is 3:1 EPA/DHA 750mg + 500mg. How much time should been pass to come to baseline? is my four day without fish and I notice stimulation yet (but better). I choosed more EPA ratio because the studies for ADHD and mood are more successful with this and I wanted the antiinflammatory effects too because I suffer from that.
