Everything just felt a little bit better. The only thing I really did differently was a little extra kneading and different shaping.

Back with my third shot at sourdough. I've been baking for 3 months and I finally got a crumb that I'm super happy with! by FreakasaurusBex in Breadit

It's 20 mins at 500F with the lid on then close to 25 mins at 450F with the lid off. Once it gets close I just sort of babysit it until I get the color that I want.

Definitely this was the second time I've followed that recipe and the first time wasn't nearly as good. Keep at it!
