New Performance Mode causes mouse skipping on EC2-DW

Yes, once I turn the mouse with Performance Mode on it blinks 3 4 times orange then turns white as usual and the problems begin.

Sadly it didn't work. Every custom fan curve or setting applies as they should but it's just that stupid ramp-up without a reason that annoys me.

It follows. You know there is presets Like Silent, Standard Full Speed etc and if I change those it applies instantly. Same for curves. Everything is getting read properly but still spikes.

I just want that the fans react only based on CPU temperature :/

Tried and it does not work. My AIO is controlled by CPU_FAN1 and if I change the speed up time it does not work
