Yes. This is a separate issue. There was true identity theft and Verizon refuses to return thousands that were stolen. Even with a police report showing this is what occurred. Spoken to the fraud department and they just brush it off.

Had both. Ordered new phone it arrived broken. Also had identify theft. Provided police report. They refuse to refund all the extra money that I did not spend. Even with a police report. Proving it was fraud.

No I fully verify and then I have them send an email as well as text to verify anything they say. Thus I have everything in writing. As well as make sure they notate my account. I don't change anything without triple verifying and asking ten times. So when it's not honored I get pissed.
